The OE S2000 rear wheel hubs are unfortunately a weak point when combined with track use and meaty tire setups. The primary failure point is from the lightening cut-outs on the backside of an already thin hub flange. Karcepts S2000 Rear Hubs are filled in solid and built with an increased flange thickness. Rotor retention screw holes have also been eliminated. These 3 simple geometric adjustments have reduced stresses by two-fold over the OE units. Along with design optimization, Karcepts hubs are machined from chromoly steel and heat treated for an even greater endurance limit. This is the .095in bar version. Really fine tune your S2000 balance with a rear sway bar. Depending on a number of things (tires, power level, type of driving/competition), we'll use the rear bar to change the car's balance. Generally, if you have a hard time getting the power to stick, loosen the rear bar until you can get the power down without drama.

The stock S2000 rear toe arms tend to wear out and are not serviceable. Not only on the ball joint end, but the bushing tends to tear creating a lot of deflection when loaded. These Megan Racing rear toe arms work well with fixing the slop, while correcting some of the un wanted bump steer (esp on the early model S2000's).
We do NOT recommend these in the rear on track cars. Use on fronts only. Gain addition camber and/or Caster. Also helps bring the wheels more inboard allowing for more tire to fit under those OE fenders.
This is our preferred front lower ball joint. Helps correct Roll center along with additional front camber. We've ran "the other" extended ball joints and have found too them to add too much leverage on the lower spindle mounts. This leads to the spindle failing and gets very sketchy. We have yet to see a spindle failure since switching to these.

If the focus is more towards performance, then the car will drive even better with lowered ride height, but then the factory designed kinematics won’t work as they are supposed to. Front sway bar only. One of the first handling mods you should do on your S2 is upping the front sway bar. If not the Karcepts bar, this is the best alternative.
