Want us to modify the intake manifold for you? That service can be found here. We usually have a few already modified and ready for a quick exchange.
Optional Hardware Pack:
9 M8 bolts with specific length and wave-spring washers.
90* NPT Coolant bypass fitting.
High-Temperature Vibra-Tite Threadlocker.
It is critical you use the correct length hardware when installing your intake manifold. We also recommend adding an intake manifold brace simular to the OEM setup. Using the original brace, simply weld a tab to bolt it to the starter.

This kit includes the basic parts you'll need to start your S2000 K20/24 swap process. Includes- RBZ Kswap Engine Mounts K series engine to F series Transmission Adapter Plate ClutchMaster Steel Flywheel (We can do aluminum for cheaper but STRONGLY recommend steel) OEM Honda Flywheel Bolts (These are older B series flywheel bolts, DO NOT USE S2 Flywheel bolts with the CM flywheel) ASM-modified 12pt 17mm for Flywheel bolts.
Want to use that stock S2000 header? This is our preferred choice when doing a 250hp or less K Swap. Cut off that F series flange, cut the two inner runners, clock them just a touch outwards, and weld that all back together. Do it all correctly and you have perfect OEM fitment.
Adapter plate to mate your K series Engine to the stock S2000 Transmission. Includes the alignment dowels for both sides and hardware to bolt adapter plate to the engine. Hardware may vary depending which K series block you are using. Included hardware is tested and setup to work with JDM K24a engines.
Clutch Masters Steel K Swap Flywheel designed to work with the adapter plate and a K series engine to S2 transmission. We strongly recommend the steel flywheel over the aluminum on K24's that are spending a lot of time in the higher RPM's. The long stroke of an inline 4 produce some intense harmonics that can result in transmitting those harmonics into your clutch, or even worse, cause loose/broken flywheel bolts. DO NOT USE your S2000 flywheel bolts. They are too long and will bottom out before properly fastening. We sell the correct bolts.
