K Swap Engine Packages

All engines are inspected and comp-tested JDM High Comp RBB K24 Engines. 

ASM S2000 KSWAP packages-

Starter Pack Kit-  This is the very basic kit that includes the parts necessary to install a K series engine to your S2 Trans and install it in the car.  

Level1 DIY-  Stage1 is a 85% ready to drop in package.  Complete JDM K24, already installed Type S oil pump and 50* Cam gear, Unit2 Baffled oil pan, and all adapter parts installed.  Comes with K Series Exhaust Flange and intake manifold adapter to reuse your stock F series intake which requires a little bit of cutting.  You also will reuse the following from your S2000 (2000-2005 S2's only)- Fuel system, throttle body, MAP, TPS, IAC, IAT sensor, and exhaust header.  Does NOT include Engine wiring or ECU.  

Level OEM-Like- Want to keep that engine bay looking OEM?  This is the kit for you.  Kind of like the level1 DIY, but we perform all the modifications and assembly for you.  Same basic K24 engine as Level1 and 2, but using your OEM Fuel system, throttle body, MAP, TPS, IAC, IAT sensor, and exhaust header.  Does NOT include Engine wiring or ECU.  

Level-2-  This solution is more complete and ready to install in the car.  Essentially all the same as stage 1, but instead of the F series intake manifold, we use the KPower manifold, Skunk2 throttle body, and use K-series fuel rail/injectors.  We also include the fuel lines, adapters, and FPR needed to go along with this.

Level-3- Those wanting just a bit more power than a stock K24.  We've found this package to pack the extra punch without losing any of that OEM reliability.  Basically the level 2 with the addition of a 4P CNC Head with some DC2.2 Cams.  We typically see 240whp out of this package.  

GLTC Spec-  This is the package for someone wanting a simple K24 engine to put in their S2 and go track the shxt out of it.  Over many seasons and literally thousands of track miles, we've figured out what works and what doesn’t.  Included bigger oil pan, ATI SuperDampr, and most importantly, engine vibration proofing to help keep sensors and throttle bodies alive.  

Level-5-  We add boost!  We take the level-2 kit, and feed it some air with a Garrett G25-660 turbo.  Good for 400-550whp.  

Engine harness wiring services- $750- We take your F series engine harness and modify it to run a K series.  We convert the factory ECU plugs to either the Haltech26/34 connector for the Haltech Elite 1500 or the 80pin connector for AEM Infinity 506 ECU.  

WANT INSTALLED?  An Additional $2000 and we will install and dyno verify. (This price is the ESTIMATED COST.  This does not include any additional parts or services requested.  This also depends heavily on the condition of the car. )

DIY Starter Pack S2000 K-Swap base kit.

This kit includes the basic parts you'll need to start your S2000 K20/24 swap process. Includes- Hasport K swap Engine Mounts K series engine to F series Transmission Adapter Plate ClutchMaster Steel Flywheel (We can do aluminum for cheaper but STRONGLY recommend steel) OEM Honda Flywheel Bolts (These are older B series flywheel bolts, DO NOT USE S2 Flywheel bolts with the CM flywheel)

JDM K24 longblock, Prepped and ready!

Here by popular demand- Imported JDM K24 "high compression" engine prepped and ready for your K-Swap. Every engine is gone through, stripped of the useless JDM accessories, then we perform the Type S Oil Pump Conversion and install 50* VTC Cam gear. While doing this we thoroughly inspect these imported/used engines for any signs of wear/damage to ensure you are not getting a dud. We then seal it all up with a Unit2 Baffled steel oil pan, install a brand new OEM Honda USDM Water pump housing, and toss in some fresh NGK Spark Plugs.

ASM S2000 K24 LEVEL-1 DIY PACKAGE

The Level-1 DIY K24 package. We start with the JDM high comp RBB K24 engine, swap in the PRB Type S Oil pump and RBC 50* VTC Gear. Beyond that, the engine is all left stock. This package comes with the engine prepped and ready for you to finish a few things. We include the intake manifold adapter to allow use of the OEM S2 intake manifold (Some modifications are required; instructions will be provided). With this you can now utilize all your OEM parts that attach to the intake manifold (Fuel rail, injectors, FPR, IAC, IAT, Throttle Body, TPS, MAP). On the exhaust side, we include a new K Series flange. This requires cutting off the F flange on your OEM header, re-clocking the two inner runners just a few degrees, and welding it all together. (or use our F2K header exchange service)

ASM S2000 K24 OEM-Like Package

Want to keep that engine bay looking OEM? This is the one for you. This Package includes everything you need to K24 swap your S2000 minus the wiring+ECU. We start with the JDM high comp RBB K24 engine, swap in the PRB Type S Oil pump and RBC 50* VTC Gear. Beyond that, the engine is all left stock. Typically this package makes 210-215whp on regular 91 pump fuel. Here we use as many OEM parts as we can. It does require a bit more labor but will save some costs with reusing your original OEM parts.

This level-3 Package includes everything you need to K24 swap your S2000 minus the wiring+ECU. We start with the JDM high comp RBB K24 engine, swap in the PRB Type S Oil pump and top it off with an RBB 4Piston CNC Cylinder head and DC2.2 camshafts. Typically this package makes 235whp on regular 91 pump fuel and 240-250 on E85.
