Using Honda's well engineered F Series header, we cut off the F series flange and adapt the header to a K Series flange. This is by far our favorite option when K Swapping your S2000. The OEM Header is built extremely well, double wall for best heat management, never cracks, and just fits like an OEM part. Requires a good Core.
This is still to date, our preferred method of doing the Kswap into an S2000. This allows you to keep your factory Fuel system (FPR, rail, Injectors), Throttle Body, TPS, MAP, Idle Valve, IAT, and everything fits like factory. The only downside is you do have to do some trimming to fit your intake manifold. [See pics]. Includes: adapter plate, 6 bolts, and NPT 90* coolant fitting.
Want to use that stock S2000 header? This is our preferred choice when doing a 250hp or less K Swap. Cut off that F series flange, cut the two inner runners, clock them just a touch outwards, and weld that all back together. Do it all correctly and you have perfect OEM fitment.
Moroso K series Road Race Baffled Steel Oil Pan. This is our pan of choice for heavily tracked S2000 K-swapped cars. Large capacity helps keep the oil temps stable and plenty of oil in the sump at all times. Must have Type S Oil pump conversion.
