HydraMat™ from Holley is a revolutionary fuel pickup that solves problems inherent in just about all other pickup designs. Instead of relying on inertia to "maybe" slosh some fuel into a reservoir or trap it in a second tank, HydraMat actively wicks fuel from the far reaches of the tank into a small central reservoir. Even more amazing, the pores which are not in contact with fuel seal themselves by surface tension to reduce the possibility of sucking air into your fuel pump. And HydraMat's structure acts as a 15 micron pre-filter to protect your fuel pump from debris.
This HydraMat has a simple rectangular shape measuring 3 inches x 8 inches for easy installation through a fuel cell opening as small as 2 1/4"! The shape provides over 20 square inches of surface area. A special 11mm pin-lock outlet offset to one end accepts certain fuel pumps with an 11mm OD inlet (pump not included). The pin-lock flange has 6 different positions so you can clock the mat in 60 degree increments. This HydraMat does not have any mounting holes and is not compatible with any Holley mounting kit. This is the metal housing, K24 knock sensor. Most JDM imported engines come with damaged knock sensors. The K20/S2 knock sensors are plastic and break very easy. This is the easy replacement.
