The LSD is one of the most overlooked parts to increase performance all while making the car easier to drive. Carbon Hybrid replaces 2 of the carbon friction discs with the metal friction discs. This allows for smooth engagement characteristics all while keeping noise down, making it the perfect street/track LSD. We have both 1.5way and 2way options available. LSD Setup advice available. Depending on grip levels and application, preload levels can be changed/adjusted.

Optimizing the 86 gearing requires a shorter final drive which brings the need to use 6th gear. With the OEM ratios, 6th feels like a mega-overdrive (because it is). Swapping out the OEM 6th gear (.767) with this .861 ratio gear brings 6th into the perfect play.

Looking for the ultimate rear diff for your track 86? This is it. The 4.5 final drive will increase your torque multiplier giving you that extra acceleration you need. The ATS Carbon Hybrid LSD gives the car stability, predictability, and compliance while making sure all the power is delivered to the ground even when jumping up/off those curbs. Over years of testing, we have found this package diff to be our best overall setup that fits most tracks. For high-speed tracks and best results, we recommend changing your 6th gear to the shorter MFactory's .861 gear.
